- The majority of this event is outdoors. Please dress for the weather to enjoy the event.
- Swag bags are reserved for appointment bookings. One bag per appointment booking.
- Your appointment booking allows you access to inside the show homes. Viewings will be limited to one family at a time, so please be patient when waiting your turn. Masks are mandatory inside the show homes and social distancing measures in effect.
This event will be participating in the Restriction Exemption Program. Attendees 12+ will need to provide:
- Proof of vaccination (QR Code Only) – OR –
- Privately purchased negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours – OR –
- Original copy of a medical exemption letter
- Individuals 18 years or older must also produce valid personal identification
