Imagine the scent of buttery popcorn, the taste of sweet candy, and the glow of a giant screen flickering to life—all from the cozy comfort of your car. This nostalgic cinematic experience came alive at Marquis West on Saturday, June 22, creating unforgettable memories for all who attended.
Before the feature film “Wonka” began, families and friends gathered to enjoy a variety of fun activities and treats at our show home event. Guests indulged in popcorn and food truck favourites while exploring the new show homes in Marquis West by Bedrock Homes, Homes by Avi, Coventry Homes, Lyonsdale Homes, and Jayman BUILT.

- Food Trucks Galore: We indulged in mouthwatering delights from local favorites @fatfranksedmonton, @rivalburgers, and @scoopnroll.
- Face Painting: @lunarfitscreations provided creative and colorful face painting for kids and adults alike.
- Temporary Sparkle Tattoos: Guests enjoyed dazzling temporary sparkle tattoos, adding a touch of glitz to the day.
- Paint-Your-Own Bath Bombs: @soybeanessentials offered a unique activity where attendees could paint their own candy-themed bath bombs.
- Live Music: The event was filled with energetic beats and tunes spun by @girlsclubdjs, creating a perfect ambiance for the night.
Following the family-friendly activities and treats, ticket holders enjoyed Wonka under the warm sunshine and happily dug into their amazing swag- a retro popcorn bucket filled to the brim with a teddy and tons of treats.
Movie ticket sales supported the Edmonton Garrison Military Family Resource Centre. The Edmonton Garrison is located just 15 minutes from Marquis West.
