On Saturday, September 10th we hosted our Happy Housewarming event in Edmonton’s Cy Becker Landing, curated by our friend Justine Ma! We celebrated the grand opening of our four brand new show homes in this northeast Edmonton new home community, and there was no shortage of excitement!
Entertainment included:
- A scavenger hunt through our 4 show homes by Excel Homes, City Homes, Homes by Avi, and Morrison Homes
- We kept the crowd well fed with chocolate dipped frozen bananas and cheesecakes from Choco N’ Dip, Latin hot dogs from Mr. Capy’s food truck, and mocktails by Mild Mobile Bar!
- The kids loved getting balloon animals made by the Balloon Fairies
- Birchwood Meadows had a DIY flower station where guests could build their own mason jar bouquet
It was a warm and sunny late summer day, perfect for welcoming the community to Cy Becker Landing! Everyone that signed up for the event was sent home with a housewarming gift curated by Justine Ma, featuring a cheese board by Chop Value and a tea towel from local maker Mezza Luna Studio.

Our show homes are open Monday through Thursday from 3 to 8 pm, and on Saturday & Sunday from 12 to 5 pm (Excel Homes is open Monday-Wednesday from 2-8 pm and Saturday & Sunday from 12 to 5 pm).
No appointments are necessary to visit our show homes – just show up! Our builder’s sales reps are excited to see you! Our show homes in Cy Becker Landing are located at 17008 45 Street NW. We are located just 2 minutes from Anthony Henday Drive, within the well established Cy Becker community.
