This past weekend, we embraced the season in the best way possible—surrounded by festive cheer, hearty treats, and the warmth of brand-new show homes in the beautiful Rosemont community. Despite the snowy weather outside, the day was nothing short of magical as we gathered to celebrate the holidays, sweater weather, and the launch of our eight incredible show homes.
As snowflakes fell softly outside, we kept cozy and warm inside the inviting spaces of our brand new show homes in West Edmonton’s newest community: Rosemont.
Guests were greeted with the rich aroma of hot coffee and gingerbread lattes, courtesy of YEG Cappuccino. Live music by the talented Jeff Ramsey filled the air with soft melodies, creating a cozy ambiance. Meanwhile, delicious snacks and treats from Sweets N’ Treats Bake Shop and Meat Street Pies were a hit with attendees, offering everything from sweet indulgences to hearty bites that kept everyone warm and fed. Each show home offered guests the chance to win prizes courtesy of Cloud Nine Pajamas, adding even more excitement to the day. A special shoutout goes to Justine Ma, who curated this incredible event with her signature touch of style and thoughtfulness.
Brand New Show Homes in West Edmonton’s Rosemont Community
The highlight of the day had to be the brand new stunning show homes available for touring. Built by some of the best names in homebuilding—Jayman BUILT, Coventry Homes, San Rufo Homes, City Homes, Impact Homes, and Daytona Homes—each home showcased unique designs, innovative features, and cozy spaces that had guests imagining life in their dream home.
To everyone who joined us, braving the snowy weather to celebrate the season with us in Rosemont—thank you! Your presence made this event truly special, and we loved sharing this magical day with you.
If you couldn’t make it, don’t worry! Our show homes remain open for tours, and we’d love to welcome you into the community. Our show homes are open Monday through Thursday from 2 to 8 pm, and on Saturday & Sunday from 12 to 5 pm. No appointments are necessary to visit our show homes – just show up! Our builder’s sales reps are excited to see you!
Our show homes in Rosemont are located at 22392 88 Ave NW. We are located just south of the West Secord community. Driving directions: take 92 Avenue NW headed west, and go straight through all of the traffic circles. At the last traffic circle, take your third exit to head south, and follow the signs to the show homes!
