Visit the Sheep and Goats
Have you ever seen a shepherd and sheepdogs herding a flock of 50 fuzzy sheep in a city? Now you can! You can visit the sheep from June 3 until September 4 from Thursday to Sunday, 11:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Fort Saskatchewan also uses goats as a safe environmentally friendly alternative to weed management. You may see goats at West River’s Edge (WRE), where they’ll cover up to 96 hectares and will treat affected areas up to three times over the summer and fall.

Fort Saskatchewan has no shortage of festivals year-round, especially during the summer. Bring the whole family together for the Family Festival in June, and don’t miss out on the annual CO-OP Movie Under the Stars in August.
